The photo shows some characters that have more or less "express" as it will be in the game, but they have not released to make. Similarly, a new "Cyborg Sub-Zero," which included the portraits, it can mean as a unlockable character.
A character selection screen has also been leaked VS tangency with the portrait. Both images can be found in Mortal Kombat online forum, along with other collections and information leaks and wild speculation, including information Kenshi DLC revealed recently as a character, along with "Lady in Red" owner (old fans of the character nicknamed "Scarlett" from famous fans last year).
